Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 December 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 February 2010, as person having parental, responsibility on behalf of the said Finlay James Thurlow Tanner, 87 Old Farm Road, Guildford, Surrey, who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Finlay James Tanner and assumed the name of Finlay James Thurlow Tanner.
