Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 14 September 2010, to forward their names in full, addresses and detailed particulars of any debts or claims and, if appropriate, particulars of Solicitors acting, to John Kelmanson, Liquidator of the Company, at Brook Point, 1412-1420 High Road, London N20 9BH. If so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors are, either personally or by their Solicitors, to attend and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution. Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors herein within a period of four months from the last date of proving. Last day for receiving proofs – 14 September 2010.
