Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Mark Granville Firmin and Richard Dixon Fleming of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4DW, were appointed Joint Supervisors of the Company on 5 August 2010 by members and creditors of the Company.

It is intended to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the Company, within four months from 27 September 2010.

All creditors of the above named company are required, on or before 27 September 2010, to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Supervisors or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
