Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, I, Ian Douglas Yerrill, Gerald Edelman, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DH as Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, intend paying a first dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 1 October 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Liquidator of the Company, at the address shown above. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his/her debt by close of business on 1 October 2010, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he/she has not participated in it, the first or any other dividend declared before his/her debt is proved.
