Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 June 2009 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 June 2010, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said George Paul Allnutt, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of George Paul Woodgates and assumed the name of George Paul Allnutt.
