Notice is hereby given that 2 Deed Polls dated 4 January 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 June 2010, by a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jonathan Carson Wesley Cave who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jonathan Carson Wesley John and assumed the name of Jonathan Carson Wesley Cave and by a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jared Daniel Terence Cave who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jared Daniel Terence John and assumed the name of Jared Daniel Terence Cave.
