Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 16 September 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 July 2010, Edward Charles Smith-James of 40 Upper Park Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, a minor and a British citizen under section 1(1) renounced his surname of Smith-James and adopted the surname Smith-Dunlop.
