Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 August 2010, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Terri Sarah Redford who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Terri Sarah Wyatt and assumed the name of Terri Sarah Redford.
