Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 April 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29 July 2010, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Payton Taylor Livingston who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Payton Taylor Banks and assumed the name of Payton Taylor Livingston

AND THAT

A Deed Poll dated 6 April 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29 July 2010 as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Paige Charlotte Livingston who is a child single and a British Citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Paige Charlotte Banks and assumed the name of Paige Charlotte Livingston.
