Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 June 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 July 2010, Samuel George Caley of 1 Richmond Cottages, Station Road, Hutton Cranswick, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO25 9QZ marital status single, a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samuel George Vellenoweth Caley and assumed the name of Samuel George Caley.
