Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 May 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 July 2010, John William Weller and Samantha Susan Margaret Stock as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Stevie Mac Stock Weller who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Stevie Mac Weller and assumed the name of Stevie Mac Stock Weller.
