Notice is hereby given that a Deed poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29 June 2010, Obafemi Oludare, 25 Howard Drive, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2PW is married, a commonwealth citizen under section 37 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Obafemi Ifalaye and assumed the name of Obafemi Oludare.
