Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the last date for proving debts against the company, is 30 September 2010, by which date claims must be sent to Nick Rimes of Rimes & Co, Bridge House, Riverside North, Bewdley, DY12 1AB, Liquidator of the company.

Notice is further given that the Liquidator will declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

Please note that claims not received by 30 September 2010 will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution.
