Mark Granville Firmin and Jane Bronwen Moriarty of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4DW were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 19 March 2009. The High Court of Justice, Chancery Division of the Manchester District Registry has, on 27 August 2010, given permission to the Administrators for a distribution to be made to unsecured creditors under the Prescribed Part rules in Administration: Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 2.72 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that any person claiming to be a creditor and wishing to recover his debt in whole or in part must submit his claim in writing to the administrator.

It is intended to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company, within four months from 31 October 2010.

All unsecured creditors of the above named Company are required on or before 31 October 2010 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Administrators or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
