The Queen has been pleased by Warrant under Her Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual bearing the date 22 July 2010 to appoint Professor Stephen Blackmore, Regius Keeper of the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh, to be Her Majesty’s Botanist in Scotland.
