Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 notice is hereby given that the Liquidator proposes declaring a dividend to the preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company. The last date for proving debts against the company is 14 October 2010 by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of Valentine & Co of 4 Dancastle Court 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, the Liquidator of the company. Debts not proven by this date will not be entitled to be included in any distribution. Notice is further given that the liquidator will declare a first and final dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving.
