I, Michael Ioannou, being the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend in the above matter. Creditors who have not proved their claims in the liquidation by 12 November 2010, will be excluded from the Dividend. It is intended that a Dividend will be declared within 4 months from the above date, being the last date for receiving proofs of debts in the matter.
