Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the company no later than 5 March 2011. If you have not yet submitted a formal claim in the Administration, you are required, on or before 5 November 2010,(the last day for proving), to provide proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company, Stuart Maddison and Robert Jonathan Hunt of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP and if so requested, to provide such further details, or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
