NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above companies were placed into members’ voluntary liquidation on 11 October 2010 with Steven Leslie Smith and Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP Nos 6424 and 8794) of Mercer & Hole, Gloucester House, 72 London Road, St Albans, Herts, AL1 1NS being appointed as Joint Liquidators.
