Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 April 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court on 10 September 2010, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Minor Vanessa Valencia Grey who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the provisions of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Vanessa Valencia Gray and assumed the name of Vanessa Valencia Grey .
