Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 30 November 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, J H C Lee, of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire Bl9 0ED, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to a distribution, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
