Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at First Floor, 56-57 High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1DE, on Thursday 13 January 2011, at 11.45 am and 12.00 noon respectively, for the purpose in each case of having laid before it an account of the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Wright Associates, First Floor, 56-57 High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1DE, not later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the Meetings.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
