Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidator of Wickwoods Health Club & Spa Limited intends within four months from 31 December 2010 to declare a first and final dividend to creditors of the above liquidation estate and that any such creditor wishing to participate in such dividend must, on or before 31 December 2010, send in their full name and address and full particulars of their debt or claim to the undersigned, Ms R Bajjon of Atherton Bailey, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA, Joint liquidator of Wickwoods Health Club & Spa Limited. Under Rule 11.2(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the last date of proving being 31 December 2010. All creditors who do not prove their debt by 31 December 2010 will be excluded from the dividend.
