Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that it is the intention of the Liquidator to declare a first and final Dividend to all Unsecured Creditors at the above named Company.

The Dividend will be declared within two months of that date. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will be excluded from the dividend.
