Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators intend to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company within four months from 21 December 2010.

Creditors, who have not already done so, must sent details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Joint Liquidators at KPMG LLP, 8 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8BB by 21 December 2010, or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
