Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 21/23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 8ES, on 23 December 2010, at 10.30 am for the purposes provided for in Section 98 and 100. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Phillips & Co, 21/23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. Creditors should be aware that Resolutions will be taken at the meeting specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and expenses be drawn. In addition, the meeting may receive information about the cost of preparing the statement of affairs and convening that meeting.
