Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 2.95 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Administrators intend to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the above Company within two months from 14 January 2011.

Creditors, who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Joint Administrators at KPMG LLP, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 4SD by 14 January 2011, or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
