Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.95 (3) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Howard Smith and Mark Granville Firmin of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4DW, having been appointed Joint Administrators of the above named Company on 29 January 2010, will be in a position to issue a first and final dividend to the Company’s unsecured creditors. Please note this is not a prescribed part dividend. All creditors of the Company are required, on or before 24 January 2011, to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Administrators or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. It is intended that the Joint Administrators will make a distribution to the Company’s unsecured creditors within 2 months of 24 January 2011.
