Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 July 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 November 2010 as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Rachel Alero Nwaneamaka Nwamaka Ndubuisi Chukwudiebube Ajagbwa who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rachel Alero Ajagbwa Nwaneamaka Nwamaka Ndubuisi Chukwudiebube Kamara and assumed the name of Rachel Alero Nwaneamaka Nwamaka Ndubuisi Chukwudiebube Ajagbwa .
