Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 September 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 November 2010 as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Yasin Mohamed Ahmed Elneklawy who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 and abandoned the name of Yasin Mohamed Ahmed El Neklawy and assumed the name of Yasin Mohamed Ahmed Elneklawy .
