Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 October 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Senior Courts on 10 November 2010, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Josephine Fay Mahoney who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Josephine Fay Gilbert and assumed the name of Josephine Fay Mahoney.
