Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 October 2010, Roy Ezekiel Glaze, 3a Parkholme Road, Hackney, London E8 3AD, is married under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ezekiel Nathaniel Glaze and assumed the name of Roy Ezekiel Glaze.
