Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators intends within four months from 28 January 2011 to declare a first and final dividend to creditors and that any creditors wishing to participate in such dividend are required on or before 28 January 2011, the last date for proving, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of the solicitors (if any) to Malcolm P Fillmore the Liquidator of the said company, at Atherton Bailey LLP, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
