Notice is given that Roger Angus Murphy and Melanie Jane Murphy have by mutual consent and with effect from 31 August 2010 resigned from the partnership between Timothy Richard Murphy, Carolyn Rachel Murphy and the said Roger Angus Murphy and the said Melanie Jane Murphy carrying on business as purchasers and sellers of (i) tools and their accessories (ii) tiling accessories and (iii) consumables at The Mill, Maldon Road, Danbury, Essex CM3 4QL, under the style or firm name of Millcot Tools. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be received by the continuing partners Timothy Richard Murphy and Carolyn Rachel Murphy who will arrange payment thereof and who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Millcot Tools at The Mill, Maldon Road, Danbury, Essex CM3 4QL.
