THE PLANT HEALTH (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2010
In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2010 (SI 2010 No.2962) will come into force on 10th January 2011. Copies of this Order are available from The Stationery Office.
