Notice is hereby given that Dr Andrew Clinton Hall with effect from 31 October 2009 has retired from partnership with the Langton Medical Group, Dr Linda Janet Hallifax with effect from 31 December 2009 has retired from partnership with the Langton Medical Group and Dr Jeremy Rea Duncan Brown with effect from 31 July 2010 has retired from partnership with the Langton Medical Group. All debts due and owing by the firm will be received by the continuing partners Jacqueline Gail Wakeman, Rachael Ann Ford, Torquil Julian Duncan-Brown, Ajaz Ahmed and Rosemary Lynette Jones who will continue to carry on the partnership under the firm name of The Langton Medical Group, Langton Grange Medical Centre, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 7FA.
