Take notice that I Jonathan Timmis the Liquidator of the above Liquidation, intend to declare a first and final dividend to non-preferential creditors in respect of the above matter.

I note that I have yet to receive a completed claim form in respect of your claim. I would be grateful therefore if you could submit your formal claim in order that it can rank for dividend purposes. Please note that the last date for proving is 17 February 2011. An appropriate proof of debt form is attached for your assistance, which needs to be returned directly to my Lancaster office, along with supporting documentation.

It is our intention to declare a first and final dividend within the period of four months from the last date of proving.
