Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and the Standard Terms of Conditions of the Voluntary Arrangement, that the Joint Supervisors of the above-named Company’s Voluntary Arrangement intend paying a first and final dividend to creditors by 14 April 2011. If they have not already done so, the creditors of the Company are required, on or before 14 February 2011 to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, of Begbies Traynor, 32 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3BT, the Joint Supervisor of the Voluntary Arrangement and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Supervisors to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date mentioned above is not entitled to distribution, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
