The bankruptcy proceeding in respect of Atlas Bulk Shipping A/S in the Bankruptcy Division of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, in the Kingdom of Denmark, pursuant to the Danish Bankruptcy Act 1997, be recognised as a foreign main proceeding in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency as set out in Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006.
