Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: section 314 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above has been summoned by me, Jamie Taylor (IP No 002748), appointed as Office holder capacity: Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 22 November 2010, at my offices at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea SS1 2EG, on 17 February 2010, at 10.30 am . The purpose of the Meeting is establishing a Creditors Committee under Legislation section: section 301 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, fixing the basis for the Joint Trustee’s remuneration, and seeking approval that the Joint Trustees be authorised to incur and pay Category 2 disbursements in accordance with the remuneration and expenses policy provided to Creditors. Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for Creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting to entitle Creditors to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
