Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 314 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by me Robert Michael Young of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Barn, Caverswall Park, Caverswall Lane, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST3 6HP, (IP Number 7875) appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 17 November 2010.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on the basis of remuneration of the trustee pursuant to Rule 6.138 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and will consider the following resolutions:-

1. The Trustee’s remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by him (as Trustee) and the various grades of his staff calculated at the prevailing hourly charge out rates of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP for attending to matters arising in the bankruptcy.

2. The trustee be authorised to draw disbursments, including disbursements for services provided by his/her firm (defined as Category 2 disbursements in Statement of Insolvency Practice 9), in accordance with his firm’s policy.

The meeting will be held at my offices (as stated above) at 10.30 am on 8 March 2011 .

Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
