Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company whose principal trading address is 209 Garden Studios, 11-15 Betterton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9BP will be held at the offices of David Rubin & Partners LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, on 02 March 2011, at 11.00 am for the purpose mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act. Resolutions may also be passed at this meeting with regard to the liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
