Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company who have not already submitted their claims to us, are required to do so by no later than Wednesday 16 March 2011, or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. It is our intention to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors who have submitted their claims, within 4 months from the date shown above.
