Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 314 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above has been summoned by me David Anthony Horner of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 11 Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicolson Link, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4XG (IP Number 008956), appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 10 February 2011 . The purpose of the Meeting is to appoint a Creditors’ Committee or should one not be formed consider a Resolution for the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration. The Meeting will be held at my offices (as stated above) at 10.00 am on 24 March 2011 .
