Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 June 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Superior Courts on 18 March 2011, as person having parental responsibility of the said Daniel Lee Fannen who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Daniel Lee Birkenshaw and assumed the name of Daniel Lee Fannen .
