Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 February 2011 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Superior Courts on 23 March 2011, Derek Gardner, 22 Milton Street, Palfrey, Walsall WS1 4JS, is divorced and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Derick and assumed the name of Derek Gardner .
