Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Central Office of the Senior Courts on 26 January 2011. As person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Marvin Orlando Tucker who is a child single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Marvin Orlando Foster and assumed the name of Marvin Orlando Tucker.
