FORM OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENSE (NEW ZOOS AND EXISTING ZOOS) SUBJECT TO A DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 6 (1) (B) OF THE ACT

I, Shaun Foggett of Crocodiles of the World hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, I intend to make an application to West Oxfordshire District Council for a license to operate a proposed Zoo at 31 Crawley Mill, Dry Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire OX29 9TJ .

A written notice of the intention to make application for a Zoo license, giving details about the proposed Zoo has been sent to the said Council at West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire OX2 1PB between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Fridays.
