A general meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidator pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.54 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of considering and if appropriate passing the following resolution:

“That the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration and category 1 & 2 disbursements be based on the time properly incurred and actual costs incurred in the conduct of the Liquidation. If the creditors agree the basis of the Joint Liquidators remuneration, it is further agreed that they be empowered to draw and pay such remuneration and disbursements in respect of these costs”. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings. To entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting a completed proof of debt form must be provided if you have not already lodged one.
