Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 314 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by the Joint Trustees, Jamie Taylor and Louise Baxter, of Begbies Taynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea SS1 2EG (IP No 002748) appointed as Office holder capacity: Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 5 April 2011 . The purpose of the meeting is to establish a Creditors Committee under Legislation section: Section 301 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, fixing the basis for the Joint Trustees’ remuneration and agreeing that the Joint Trustees be authorised to incur and pay Category 2 disbursements in accordance with the remuneration and expenses policy provided to creditors. The Meeting will be held at my office (as stated above) on 19 May 2011 at 10.00 am . Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
